How My AI Studio Team Talks to Each Other

An AI studio team exchanging messages through a shared chat channel above a film studio desk.

Running Creative Bandit Studios on my own means I lean on AI for everything that isn't the filmmaking itself. This week I've been rebuilding how that works, and the big question was simple: how do ChatGPT and Grok Bot actually work together?

The answer is Discord. Both of them have access to the same Composio Discord connection, and they post through the same bot account, signing every message with who they are. That gives me one shared channel where I can see every request, handover and update in plain sight.

ChatGPT does the heavy lifting. It has more usage to spend, so it takes on the big jobs and drops the finished work into our shared Notion and Google Drive.

Grok Bot runs as a small team of four:

• one looks after my website and keeps the projects organised in Notion and Google Drive,

• one handles usage and routines, because I've been blowing through my weekly allowance like crazy,

• one designs new bots when the studio needs them,

• and one sorts out my emails.

Each of them has routines set up so they check in with each other and keep the work moving without me nudging them all day.

Claude will be joining the team at some point too.

It's still early days, and I'm learning a lot about what to hand over and what to keep for myself. I'll keep sharing how it goes.
